A dream come true when I was able to visit this place. There's a play area where children and kids at heart can play using the Toboggan. You can also try their chair lift and have a great view of the snow. There are restaurants so no need to worry if you want to eat or get warm coffees.
Really helpful staff. The fact that chains are included in packages is a real bonus. Staff confirm that the chains fit and show you how they work before you drive off. Equipment is modern and well maintained.
They need to have a tour line and standard pick up lines. Was waiting for 30 mins or more to collect my online order due to 3 buses pulling in when i did. Otherwise staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
