Jan is so lovely to deal with. I bought a new pair of boots which unfortunately didn't last too long, however i do wear them everyday. I took them in to Jan who said "no issues, we'll replace them free of charge". The second pair had issues as well... again I took them back where Jan decided to upgrade me to a better, more solid pair. The service was amazing. Jan couldn't do enough for me and arranged everything for me within a very short time frame. I can highly recommend Mansfield Shoe Store and Jan! 5 Stars! Thank you!
