I felt physically uncomfortable around who I assume was "Bill", we arrived early and tried to even introduce ourselves which received no response at all. We were completely ignored for the whole inspection as he unlocked all the doors in the house and proceeded to leave the premises. After a brief look around we left the property where he said "So do you want an application?" without making any eye contact in a uncaring, dismissive tone. Absolute waste of time, I honestly don't understand why anyone would trust this man to sell anything. Arrogant, unsociable, unfriendly and has an obvious condescension in every action he took.
Andrea Collard is the most amazing and professional Property Manager I have dealt with in my 5 years of renting. Emails were responsed to quickly and maintenance was repaired in a timely manner. My Partner and I have moved out of our rental through Bill Hopper recently and unfortunately had issues with our bond cleaners, But Andrea was very understanding and patient through it all. Such a pleasure to work with!
