I will never step foot in there again, horrible rude assistant. I wanted some assistance and all the larger assistant lady could give me was a rude snarky response.
Great little chemist. I didn't see how long ago the previous review was written but I have had nothing but incredible service since I have been going here. The pharmacist assistants are always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy or quiet the shop is. The pharmacists are also very skilled in their job and are super down to earth. Although I have never had a problem with the pricing of the products, I have heard a few other customers make jokes about some over the counter medications being pricey however that is understandable as it is a small business. There are also so many cheap deals on things like washing up liquid etc which are far cheaper than coles and woollies. Overall I think this place is absolutely wonderful and Is my go to pharmacy.
Went to the pharmacist and he asked whether I wanted generic. I asked what the difference was and he said it was the same just different pricing. I was a little taken aback and asked if that was all and he responded with "Do you think I'm a liar?" in a very angry tone. When receiving the meds, he was struggling to fit it in the bag so I asked if I could please have another bag. But he continued to stuff it in the tiny bag and ended up giving me a ripped bag. Very unimpressed by the service. Do not recommend.
