Very nice ppl and very helpful as we were on way back to melb but had tummy bugs and I couldn't drive... The gentleman was very obliging and respectful of our situation...Would stay there anytime I'm there

Backpackers accommodation was relatively expensive for what it was. Linen was an extra $10 on the base room fee. Room was old but ok, power board provided which was nice.Kitchen facilities were quite good. The facility overall had a nice vibe. Staff were really friendly and were helpful.Drying was advertised as $1 a load but that didn't even dry my neck warmer when it was in the dryer by itself.Be aware that if you book a three person room you may have to share solo with a member of the opposite sex. Didn't bother me but some people might not enjoy that.Parking spaces not guaranteed for backpackers.

The Traveller's Lodge was a great place for our family to stay before a day on the slopes at Buller. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Jed is a great host and couldn't be more helpful. After striking some car troubles on the mountain Jed was great at helping us out. Highly recommend.

Perfect restored heritage cottage style backpackers. Immaculately clean daily, clean new bedding & the staff where always there to help me at ant time of the day...even when you continuously loose your room key 3 days in a row. One of the best backpackers I've stayed in Victoria & only 30min drive up to Bulla (Buses leave a couple of times a day to get up & down the mountain)I'll defiantly be returning, a few times this snow season !
