Very poor customer service. I am completely new to turntables and have not got a lot of knowledge about audio equipment. I was having issues with my new turntable, but I could not get any advice or help from them except to drive all my gear in for them to have a look. They are about 45 minutes from me so I tried to fix it myself. I changed the voltage input setting on the turntable without knowing that this would destroy the unit. Although this was my mistake, if they had offered me some technical support this would not have happened.
Friendly staff, good solid advice and competitive prices. I bought an 8 input mixer and microphone both of which work great. Looking forward to trying the active speaker I ordered to complete my set up for jamming.
I've been to this store twice now and it is one of the best presented music stores I've been to.. and I used to work in one. The range that you see on their website is about 75% available in store.The staff have been ultra helpful and have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs.The store itself is a bit limited on parking with only about 4 parking spaces, one of which is a disabled spot.Fantastic store!
Well it has taken a long time but I have finally found a company with people that understand what great service means. Your personnel are the happiest and friendly people I have had the privilege to be served by. Nothing was too much trouble by each of the people who served me. Thanks very much it was a pleasure.
Incredible service. Jesse the store manager greeted me and my family the moment we walked through the door. He was extremely knowledgeable with ALL the products and quickly found the right speakers for us, even when we were sold he got us to experience the sound from a whole range of speakers just to solidify we had made the right purchase. So impressed with this dude as he treated us golden and operated like it was his own business. Give this guy a raise.
