Not bad service they will try hard to help you out
Paid a lot of money for this service, only to have them accidentally not fill out a log book. Pretty unacceptable for the expected level of service that comes with this price tag.
Took my car in for a $561 aircon and horn repair only for my CAN BUS to all of a sudden have a fault. Which Keema returned to me faulty and no workmen left to assess the problem at 4:30pm, the only person to assess my car was the receptionist who was no help. I returned the next morning for another $207 diagnostic and a $500 bill for a new CAN BUS. The CAN BUS was ordered and I was under the assumption I had paid for infull for the cluster and I was told by the manager Rob Id only require to pay for the fitting. Which is also stated on the invoice, which was also read out to me by the receptionist. Today the CAN BUS part came in and I was told Id need to pay not only the fitting but the remainder of the part, as Id only paid a deposit. Even though I was verbally told by Rob, Id paid for the part in full as it was coming from America; and that on my invoice it stated Id only need to pay fitting cost. The fitting fee was waived, though I was made to pay $254 which was apparently what was left on the total cost of the CAN BUS. I am left disheartened by a company that is meant to be one of the best. I will not be using this company again and will be taking this to the ACCC.
