Top pub. Great service from the publican and staff. Will definitly go there again. In fact i already have.
Friendly staff, tasty pub food, and a nice deck to watch the world go by. Though Tolmie is in the middle of nowhere (it is, trust me on this) it was still a nice spot to stop and recharge for an hour or two.
I would have to say it's the best pub in northeast Victoria. The friendly staff know all the history there is to know with the pub even where the Kelly gang use to hide out.. always plenty of cold drinks and a menu to please the king, so make sure you put the Tolmie Tavern on the list of places to visit on your next country drive..
We stopped in on our way to Whitfield, had a fantastic lunch on the deck. Service was perfect along with the wine. A perfect start to our weekend
Had my 50th birthday party here. These guys rock. Doc and his staff did an amazing job. Food was awesome, drinks flowed. What more could you ask for. Big thumbs up.
